The villa has two floors, a big garden, swimming pool and parking lot with shelter.
There are 3 double rooms, wc and bathroom on the second floor. You have a wonderful view from the terrace straight watching to the Black sea and the coast, which gives you the opportunity to watch at the sun set and the sun rise.
On the first floor there is big hall with cable TV, fitted kitchen box, wc and a bathroom. The rooms do not have own bathroom with WC. There is an additional building with 1 double room, kitchen, wc and a bathroom. All the luxurious furniture inside is in unison of the quite atmosphere that you have next to the sea coast decorated  with ornaments and elements  from the Black sea.
For your pleasant stay you have at your disposal a splendid, planted with trees and shrubs and big garden. You may have a rest on bench, near the fireplace or the barbecue or just to have a walk round the garden.
